BECI cơ sở cho nữ the Lady Campus: lớp học nấu ăn hấp dẫn và bổ ích

Cooking with children in BECI the Café Lady Campus promotes the lifetime skill of healthy cooking starting at a young age. The students exposed themselves to healthy cooking through the help of our Japanese manager, Natsumi.

This cooking class helps the youth who lack healthy cooking knowledge divert their attention from relying on packaged foods or prepared foods containing questionable nutrition value.

The children learned how to cook the famous Japanese breakfast, Oyakodon. Along with the English instructions, they also learned about the different ingredients and cooking materials. While they were waiting for the food to be completely cooked, they enjoyed playing trivia games. They played spelling bee and memory games about the recipe of the food.

Recent research published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics indicates that children engaged in tactile experiences, such as handling foods, have less food neophobia (food fear) and greater acceptance of eating a variety of foods.
